Hi im keeping subadult radix and marcaianus in the same enclosue and sure the radix is female and starting to think checkerd one is male, but i dont want too breed them but i still would like to have them in the same enclosure can i be fairly safe they wont breed if dont hibernate them?

No.

They are likely to breed regardless of whether you brumate (hibernate) them. It's best to separate them as soon as possible.

As Stefan has said, they don't need to brumate to breed. I believe that marcianus and radix can cross-breed, and you really don't want hybrids. The only safe way to be sure that they won't breed is to put a sheet of glass/wood/plastic between them... ie. different vivariums.
