My 8 year old found this beauty in our yard the other day. Any guesses on gender? I think male but I'm still no good at this.

Thanks guys. Yeah Chris, the yard. We sit right near a river (the city) and our area of town is right in that sweet spot much like Steve on the other end of the state where our yards are just full of garters. Well sweet if you like them;). We have been in this house seven years now this summer and I have come across an albino three of the seven years. My son claims there are more around but I'm leaving that up to the snake fates if they find their way inside or not.
