so,,ive been floatin round on this forum for awhile,,ill have to say,,im a garter snake guy now,,,i never even liked snakes before,,ive raised most every type of animal ,,domestic and exotic,,,except for reptiles a amphibs,,,mostly have an interest in garters,,,i cant get over how active and interesting they r,,started with an injured female now im up to 4,,,these are Maritime garters,,,,does anyone have info on what the percentage of melan.,,,young would be if I crossed onto a melan.,,male

T. s. pallidulus (Maritime garter snake) I would love to work with that subspecies. Here is a thread you might find interesting. It is one of my favorite threads on the forum. When I found it I read it from start to finish, I was hooked.

was a great read,,most all the snakes round my place r pretty tame,,,saw a big girl tonite and left her alone,,ill tell u a no bs story bout my big female,,,i couldn't get over it,,times short now,,,but ill be sure to tell yas,,kinda unreal story,,and I don't think it was by chance,,,it will be the story of scarface,,,aka tony[a girl] Montana,,,lol
