Red-sided garter (male?)

Okay, I'm terrible at sexing these guys, but this is the last red-sided garter from the group born in July. Approximate 11" inches long and a little over a year old. He'll eat pinky parts, tilapia, or worms (and is a good eater). He (I'm assuming it's a "he" since the definite female I had left was so much bigger) is not aggressive, but definitely squirrel-ly. He's been handled regularly and has never bitten.

I'd like local pickup, as I really don't want to deal with shipping. I'm in Ohio, zipcode 45227.
