slugs what kind to use

ok i got a million slugs around here but i cant find the leopard slugs here all i can find are an orangish color or brown slugs are all slugs good for them or not?

All I ever find here in Iowa is the light brown slugs. My snakes love them.

I feed the small brown ones as well.

but the brown ones your talking about do they leave this yellowish/brown/orange slime on your fingers?
