this is my current rack which will get ripped apart for moving

the new one will be similar, but will have space for two more cages, no storage underneath, and less space allotted for light and heat
that's my fun project for the week

gosh
it looks a lot more ugly on the picture than in the space we live in (moving out of)

theres nothing wrong with it. i think it looks pretty good. i am going to need to think about making a new tank because i am thinking about getting a boa constrictor imperator. if i bought a tank big enough then it would cost me an arm and a leg and secondly i wouldn't beable to get it in to my bedroom which is through a cupboard into the loft in my dad house lol some tips for a DIY beginner would be nice tho :D

that rack was put together in less than two hours, including cutting the wood
it was sort of an emergency solution at the time, as well as a way of trying something out
those dome fixtures take up a lot of space
I really need to research heating more
I still want to give basking spots
maybe different fixtures?
that stuff's always so pricey

I would suggest you construct a custom built-in viv, to make maximum use of your limited space. Plus this way it could be taken up a piece at a time.:)

I have a converted loft, which at present is devoid of snake tanks, but in the future I may fit it out.:D
