new and cant make a gallery

Hello everyone I have been looking through the forum for about a week now and was looking to take some pics and make a new post. Problem is in the galleries menu i go to my photos and there is no link to make a new gallery or anything to upload photos. What i wanted to know is, was this feature taken out? Do I just not have permission yet? or if its something completely different. I doubt this matters but i use Google Chrome browser.

Your first 3(I think) post have to be cleared by a mod. After that you should have access to the gallery and PM functions.

ok yea i kinda figured something was messed up because it took awhile for this post and one i made shortly after to show up the 2nd one still has not showed up for me to edit i forgot the pictures in it lol

we have 4 active mods looking over the whole forum. 3 different time zones, with nearly 24 hour availability of one or another.
