My snake hasn't eaten in almost 3 weeks. Every time I put food in his cage he just ignores it. Do you have anybidea why its doing this?

3 weeks isn't a long time. What was your snake feeding on before this?

3 weeks isn't a long time.

As Steve says, three weeks is not a long time.

There's so many reasons that they can go off their food. Have you changed anything? How was he eating before he stopped?

Yeah, that's not long enough to really worry. Especially if he isn't dropping weight. Maybe don't leave the food in there for too long though. Sometimes they get used to it, but if it's removed for a while, they'll get more excited when you feed them.

I have a Blackneck who has just ended a four month hunger strike.

Without looking back in your post could you remind us what species this is?

Its been eating mostly fish.

You're going to need to give us a bit more to go on if you want any useful help or advice.
We don't know how it's being kept - viv size, heating setup, lighting etc.
We know it's not eaten for three weeks, and before that it ate fish. What sort of fish, how often, any change to feeding over winter?
Have you brumated it?
What species? Age?

About 60 you say? That would be why.

^^^ Exactly. OP's snake is most likely not eating because of the cold temps.
