Iowa Deroceras reticulatum. I wanted a better photo of the approval phase but they swallow them to fast to
get a decent photo. Flicker gave the slugs a big thumbs up (figuratively speaking):D

A literal thumbs up would have been a very impressive photo. :)
Are those slugs common around you? Any good, Tham approved, free food source can't be bad.

Tham approved. No worries. Very common garden pest.
