Thamnophis eques obscurus-c.b.'13 (huge babies!!)
Anyone who knows me knows this is one of my favorite species. This is a beautiful and large species of Thamnophis. As they grow their bellies, lateral stripes and labial scales turn blue or sometimes green. Such an interesting contrast to their glossy brownish body color.
