Eskerina, my normal checkered girl (from Pinjohn's 2011 litter) was starting to worry me. She hasn't shed since end of July (around her first birthday) until today. So from 12 months old to 18 months without a shed. It's seemed like a long time, before that she was shedding regularly every 2 months. However, she shed today and it's a perfect shed, so I'm happy.
Now if only Binky would shed, she's been 5 months without shedding. Seems a coincidence that the checkered girls are both taking their time shedding. On the other hand, in the run up to Christmas I had one shed a month from Lipwig (male radix around 3 years old). Just goes to show that they set their own timetable and don't care when you think they are due to shed.
