I wouldn't rely on the list as an exhaustive list of herp vets in the UK. The vet I use isn't listed.

So in case anyone in the Birmingham area is reading this looking for a vet:
Amicus Veterinary Centre - Welcome (http://www.amicusvets.co.uk/index.php)
The vet main vet there is well versed with exotics. And they do fecal floats in-house, which means results in an hour if they aren't too busy, and not nearly as expensive as sending a sample to a lab.
