How to fix my time stamp?

I can't fix my time stamp since daylight savings. I tried doing it in general settings, but nothing ever happened.(Also sorry not sure if this was the right palce to post this...) Is there another way to do it, or am I just doing it wrong?

Are you sure the calendar and clock are correct on your computer. Sometimes that can create a conflict with other programs.

Yep. My computer clock says 7:08PM and your post was at 8:06 PM.

DST corrections always off, select the correct time zone.
