Please welcome this young male red-sidded (T.s.parietalis) to our family! His name is Dino, after a Ferrari :) We named most of the new ones after cars.:o He so pretty!

Lovely snake. But...


I saw the titles for Dino and Enzo and thought, "Oh no. I used to like Kat". You see, in this house we're MClaren people and we don't like the horrible red Formula 1 cars (particularly since the Schumacher years). I think I may be able to forgive you as long as you're only naming the snakes after Ferrari road cars. :)

Very lovely...I got a couple of pics of Bella last night that I will have to put up. Red-sideds are so gorgeous. Lol...Chris.

All of my new babies are courtesy of Steve. We thought about naming him MP4-12C, but Dino just rolls off the tongue a little better. :D

I have to give you that. E-type doesn't work either, maybe some TVR names next as their cars were named after mythical creatures.

I think the next one we get will be a female and I get to name her Elise after the car I want. Lotus Elise is a sexy car!!

I arrived at our wedding in a yellow and black Lotus Elise. It belongs to one of my colleagues, has a twin cam engine from a Type-R Civic, and is called The Beast. :) Interestingly, I could have bought a Lotus Elise for less than I paid for my Peugeot and it's running costs wouldn't have been much more - not as practical with its small boot and just two seats.
