Of course! We welcome all snake lovers. Like Steve said...you can post about your king in the Other Pet's thread and perhaps...you will decide you want a garter in the future....we are very convincing. :D

That's a very nice Californian king you have there. Did you buy him or find him? It looks to be an aberrant pattern king, but to a lesser degree as you still have some banding although the banding is very very thin.

On the plus they are very easy to care for, and I've you very rarely get non eaters. Just on a side note how many do you have or is it just the one? If you do have a couple they should be housed separately as they are cannibalistic. My Cali has even tried to eat himself on more than one occasion.

Well sure, but I have to warn you. If you stick around, you will catch garter fever and eventually get some or at least one. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.
