Sneaky Snake was my very first garter snakes name. Now I loosely use "Sneaky Snake" for all garters... "Have you found any Sneaky Snakes in the yard lately".

You didn't tell us how you got yours.

Kueluck is my version of Kuluk, from Kuluk Bay on Adak Alaska. Adak, Alaska - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adak,_Alaska) When active duty in the USN while stationed @ NAS Adak this was my favorite place to sit and watch the puffins, eagles and otters. This was my paradise on earth.

A selkie is a mythological creature a bit like a mermaid, but instead of a fish/ person combo, they are seals who can take on human form and even live as a human.
Old username. I used to be quite a swimmer- lifeguard and water safety instructor.
selkie beat out water-rat.

I came up with this name while watching some old cheesy sci-fi/horror flick in which they took chameleon dna and infused it with a dog and that dog was able to change his colors and blend in with his surroundings thus making him invisible. It would be cool if there was a garter species that can dramatically change their colors to match their surroundings and/or moods. Also 90% of the time when I'm on this forum I'm on invisible :D

My family and friends used to call me a T Rex: big head, short arms, thick legs, and quite the roar. Sexy, I know. ;)
