Hello everyone !!! I am new here. I am a 41 year old who just recently got into snakes because of my seven year old. We have a eastern garter named Scales and a ball python named slitherer.. We have rescued iguana's and beardie also... I fell in love with the neon blue garter when i saw one, and really want one to love...

Thanks everyone !!! I feel so welcome already. I went to my first Reptile Expo ( Myrtle Beach) , I saw a California Neon blue and fell in love.. I want a San francisco ( I know they are endangered, so I will never get one) , but the California Blue is nice as well.. Not looking to breed them, I just love the color. My garter is a little nervous, but once I pick her up she has the best personality. Never thought I would love a Snake, but I do.. We have a ball python as well and it is a baby so it may take awhile for him to get used to us.

Hey...Mike and Shawn were at that show in Myrtle Beach...

I would love to have a San Fran too...some overseas members have some...you will see some cool pics on here.

I also never thought I would love a snake...now I love 12 of them! :)

Yep.. Gail, Shawn and I were at the show! Scott Felzer had the neon blue infernalis on display along with all the other beautiful garters. :cool:

I was talking to Joe about it one day. I was saying how if you tell me I can't have something...it becomes my mission to try to find a way to get it. I was joking about going to San Fran and looking in the wild...maybe one of the parks, and sticking one in my pocket and running out of the park....if you guys see a crazy lady on t.v. with a bunch of park rangers chasing her through the streets of San Fran.....it wasn't me! :D
