Yup, I admit it. I suck at sexing snakes or figuring out which type they are. I know they are garters, but that's where the knowledge ends. So I'm going to the experts on here that have helped me out so much in the past.
I'll post the snakes seperately so I don't confuse myself, then post the others later.

This one appears to me to be a female.

I'd say it's a female, judging by the general appearance, the size and the shape of the tail.

I'll jump on the female bandwagon as well. As far as type, I'd say it's a T.s.sirtalis.

Man....Why you gotta be picking on my girl like that. I might not that bad at this as I also thought it was a she. But now I have another question. Becouse she is as you say, a beast. You don't think she might be:eek: , You know:confused: , the "P" word........

i agree female and I wont use the "p' word,
looks liek you're gonna have to "feel her up" you should be able to feel "lumps" inside of her if she is gravid, and eventually you'll see her scales begin to stretch, she does appear a bit chunky though IMO

Well, she doesn't appear to have any lumps. She is acually pretty soft all the thru. She was small when I got her, but she didn't hibernate like her "friend" did so she continued to grow thru the winter months. I guess time will tell.
