I got this 10 litr bag of repti bark style stuff that was supposed to be used for my ciliatus but he seems to prefer coco fiber.I don't want the bark to go to waist so I was wondering if it could be used with me marcianus instead.

Can they burrow in it?

don't think so... you could mix it with aspen or coco substrate

I've only used the bark with some of the boids I've had. I used to mix it with aspen too, but none of them were burrowing species. I would imagine that they could dig through it, but it wouldn't hold any burrows, but then again aspen doesn't really do that either. It did look rather aesthetically pleasing though.

Is it the small stuff? It comes in two sizes. I've used the small stuff but I mix it with coco fiber (ecoearth). Large snakes seem to burrow in it without any problems.
