I've never had a snake give birth yet. but it sounds like something is going on for sure :) Good luck, maybe offer a warm moist moss box.

She may be getting close. I wouldn't bother her much at this time, but feel free to keep an eye on her. Hope you get a nice healthy batch of little ones!

It sounds like some kind of regurgitation attempt.
Definitely something to watch. I don't think it has anything to do with contractions or birthing.

she only did the mouth thing 3 times that i saw. she is still doing the bowing thing. it has be 3 weeks since she eat last tomorrow. i have seen a snake regurgitation before but this looks different. it still might be that i have just never seen this be for and hope she will be OK

Does it look like the movement(bowing) is directed toward the head or tail?

Saw one of mine do the same thing when she was gravid, starting about a week or at least a few days before she gave birth. All went well.

Any swelling or discharge?

How is everything now? Any news? Cee Cee does this weird thing where her whole body looks as if she is swallowing food...but it is reversed so that it looks like waves coming up her body and then she opens her mouth...it is a regurgitation attempt. So, I'm not sure if that was what was going on with your snake or if she is having contractions. Pics of her vent area might tell us something.

no there is not any swelling at all and color looks normal just looked in on here its like she might lose the end of her tail or something it is like it is full of water

A photo would be helpful.

Could it be a retained shed that water has got behind. That could explain why that part of the tail is just dead.
