My Garters

The similis in the 1st pic was gravid. but unfortunately, she only passed slugs.:( I think the problem is with the male that I paired her up with. He's an older snake that I think is just shooting 'blanks'. When I paired him up with another one of my female similis, she also became gravid but only passed jelly beans. I do have more male similis, but right now they're still too young to breed.

I completely agree that the are WAY more interesting then kings, corns, boas, pythons etc. lol
I have one kingsnake... I love her, she is a sweetie... but so ... SOOOO LAZY I feed her, and she hides for the next week!

Iv'e heard that Asian rat snakes are quite active but they have a tendency to be defencive.
