I've had my eye on the following species pickeringii, parientalis, radix and any cyrtopsis
subspecies.Unfortunately i don't have the room and money for all of them so i'll have to make do with one or two.Which would you guys suggest be the best species?

I think I speak for Steve when I say this, get a cyrtopsis. Who am I kidding! They're all really neat snakes in their own ways. Out of that list, I only have experience with parietalis and radix. Both very active and inquisitive snakes. Especially when compared to something like marcianus.

Pickeringii and cyrtopsis are very high on my wishlist though. Not sure what their temperment is like but they sure are something to look at!

I am partial to pickeringii and radix, but that is mostly based on the little'uns I've had for a few weeks. The blue female Puget Sound garter is beautiful but I also really like the pattern and dorsal stripe on the orange radix (from a high-red line).
