Unable to post capital C and F for temps.

Here's an example of the problem. 98°F/36°C. In the "It's so quiet" thread the C and F are changed to lower case when I preview my post.
I've also tried not putting the degree symbol in and placing a space between the temp and the capital letter. The problem continues.
I've also tried 2 of my other computer and used a different browser, the problem continues.
Under this tab there doesn't seem to be a problem.
Would someone else go to the "It's so quiet" thread and see if you have the same problem. Thanks.

Alt 248 or Alt 0176, if you're using Windows. Or you could "Go Advanced", type a lower-case "O", select it and click on the X2 (superscript) button.
