I'm thinking that it might be getting close to introduce Sully to the Bachelor Pad, he's nearly a foot long and when I get them back after vacation, it would be the end of the 60 day quarrentee that he's been under.
Now I don't know if I should wait a little bit longer for Sully to get bigger towards the end of summer or if it would be okay to slowly start introducing him into Marley's territory.

Not sure what you mean by "introducing slowly" ? Sully is going in or not. If you mean, going in for short stays I think that can cause a lot more stress, in my opinion.
If you have any concerns then why not just wait. Sounds like waiting will be less stress on you, which is a good thing.

I say, when you are ready, just put them together. Just keep an eye for a bit to see they are getting on with each other.

People have this misconception that snakes need to be introduced. There is no special way to do this. Assuming both snakes have been quarantined, all you have to do is put them together. There will not usually be a problem between two snakes.

Species dependent. The same with two kingsnakes could very well end up with one being a meal :-)
