Looks like you've got some room for a little longer tub there.

I do, but finding a tub that would fit it near exactly has been a little hard ever since i first built it 2 years ago.

seems I can't edit posts, but I would like to say that once I get my vacuum former set up I will be making custom tubs that will fit perfectly.

Vacuum moulding equipment - either you're primarily using it for other things, or showing incredible dedication to building this rack system. I remember using vacuum moulds at school to make casings for my technology project, the gear we had wasn't big enough to make a tub the size you're looking at...
Looks like a fun project.

I believe there is a 30 minute time limit on editing your posts.
After that a mod. will have to make the changes.

It would primarily be for all of my electronic work. buying pre-made cases can get expensive and being able to make your own can be so much cheaper.
