I just received my garters from Scott Felzer, and man are they tiny. When I saw them I thought wow, an orange worm! But they look amazing.
I got two males, one flame and the other normal, both Sirtalis sirtalis and 66% possible het for leucism. I'll post pictures in a few days once they calm down, especially the normal one which is going CRAZY.

Great to hear that. Do you know what line the flame is from? I've always thought about flames, but they're a bit pricey for me.

congrats
can't wait to see the pics
Mikhaila wanted a pair of flames, but since it'll be her first time taking care
of them all by herself I steered her toward something less pricey

Yeah, I was thinking about that. Can a moderator please put change my vote to whatever category 3 would be in (I think 2-3 or 2-5).

@Don: What's the point of a colorless red sided? Does it make a special looking snake when bred to something else? Otherwise it just looks like a normal Eastern to me, maybe a little brighter colors.

Matt, I could edit your post in that thread, but I'm unable to change your poll vote. Sorry about that.

That's fine, it says it in my signature anyways and there's bound to be another poll like that later.

the colorless came from a normal red sider I caught in Kansas...Check Scott's website for an updated pic....it was crossed with an anerythristic red sider, who knows what color the babies will be.... It's an odd color for red siders, that's why...it does look like normal eastern, but...it's not...:D

Well my snakes ate extremely easily today. My normal ate two tiny worms (although not too small compared to the snake), and the flame ate a minnow, then almost ate a dried up minnow from that my big snake did not eat (I put them into a separate cage thing to feed them in).
