How often do these snakes shed and is there anything that I need to do if its shedding?

How often is up to them and that is influenced by their care.
A nice low water dish with enough water for soaking and swimming would be great.
A nice addition would be a small plastic container + lid with a hole cut in the side. Put damp paper towels inside.
This way the snake can go soak before the shed.
Just an idea.

It varies. It varies a lot.
How old is the snake? Younger snakes that are growing quickly shed more often.
How much does the snake eat? One that eats well will shed more often than one that eats less.
The shortest gap I've had between sheds was 8 days for a 4 month-old marcianus. The longest so far is 56 days for a 20 month-old Cuitzeo. Others will have more extreme variation than this.
When they go into their blue phase before a shed you should keep a closer eye on the humidity and I make sure that they have access to a hide with damp moss. Other than that it's a case of watching for the shed and checking that the shed is complete when it is done.

It depends on age and growth rates (younger snakes shed often, adults only a few times per year). Normally nothing is required other than something to rub against, but it's always a good idea to check the snake over afterward to make sure all of the old skin came off. Check the head part for eye caps to make sure the eye caps came off. If the shed is incomplete, place the snake is a container with a damp rag and a few air holes and let the snake work the rest of the skin off.
