Nice find Rod. I think there's references to this house earlier on the forum - it has quite a history/reputation. :)

Rod - Did you know that as well as all of Steve's snakes, the T. radix Ranch does have a small wild snake den that gets used each winter?
Steve - what happened to your snake cam watching the den?

the house is a den site for wandering garters, t e vagrans. watch for the show "Infested" on animal planet... they did a story on it...and all snakes seen in the video were mine. I was contacted by the film company that did the stories, and animal planet put together the show.

I was thinking I would like to move to the midwest....I should seriously make an offer to that guy. I would love to live in that house! One person's nightmare is another person's dream home! You think he'd give me the house for a downpayment of $500? :D Waking up to snakes in my bed...I'd love it...

If you guys don't buy it...when I am finished nursing school, if they haven't sold it...I am going to seriously contact the guy and look into it. What a thread that would make..."The Snake House"....Well, now that it has been brought to the attention of this forum...the guy will probably find a buyer. :D
