If it is can you guys give me a step through step instruction?

My webcam comes with a program to take pictures. If yours does, you could use that to save a picture and upload it.

That's what I use for most of my feeding videos, my camera has an issue with taking video sometimes... So my webcam is always my saviour when that happens! ;)
