Hi im william,i just registered to this forum.I live in wales Uk i just got into garter snakes a few days ago and am looking to get one i am cramming thamnophis care information so can own and take care of these wonderfull little buggers:D hit me up with a friend invite i love meeting new people

yeah...I don't really get it either.Ok in England a nob is slag for a mans manhood,so if you call someone a nob or massive nob,its a term of offence, unless its a friend and your having a Laugh.l've probably got this completely wrong and this guy is really a nob.but l think that he's got a good sense of hummer.

Yes, checkered garters are an excellent starter species- most are excellent eaters and quite easy going when handled. (Individuals can and will vary, but checkereds tend toward these traits.)
