Reptomin

What do you guys know about Reptomin and how much you can safely feed to garters? I know Wayne puts it in his garter goulash so I am assuming it's safe in small amounts...and Wayne, if you're out there, you could probably answer this question for me. I often crush up one little stick and sprinkle the powder on Seeley's food because it seems to be the only way I can get him to eat...he seems to love it. And I sometimes sprinkle a little on Hermes and Possum's food to encourage them to eat too. Tonight I sprinkled a little on Cee Cee's food as a treat and she loved it. I just want to make sure I don't give them too much if it isn't safe.

I honestly don't believe you can overdose them on it.

It's primarily intended as turtle food, so it's not really like giving them too much vitamins or anything like that.

When I mix it in the mush for babies, I crush up a dozen or more sticks, and never had any problems.

Thanks for getting back to me about this, Wayne. My snakes just seem to love the taste of it. For most of them, I just give it as a treat, but it's really good to put on Seeley's food because it makes him eat!
